Finexus Group is a leading technology company that requires a Senior UI/UX Designer to drive the development of user-centric digital products.

About the Role

This position involves designing and enhancing user interfaces to provide an optimal user experience for our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user needs, be able to conduct research, and apply design principles to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion UI/UX design strategies in product development.
  • Produce high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Leverage graphic design, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user and coach requirements for compelling designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX, product design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile interface design.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualification / Regulatory Licensing Requirement : None
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
