Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field (for entry-level positions, internship or coop experience in construction may be sufficient).
  • Experience: Experience working on construction sites or in a related engineering role (additional years required for mid-senior level positions).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise on-site.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
