The role of Senior Conveyancing Solicitor at Messrs. Tee & Teoh involves handling complex conveyancing transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and providing expert advice on corporate and litigation matters. You will work closely with our team of lawyers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sale and purchase agreements, including developer projects and sub-sale;
  • Draft and review loan documentation for end-financing;
  • Assist in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities to monitor progress and update file status;
  • Administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in a proper filing system.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a valid Practicing Certificate;
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing, corporate and commercial, or litigation preferred; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
  • Candidates must possess a good attitude, be self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
