The ideal candidate will have experience with Malaysia Customs Declaration (K1, K2, K4, K8, etc.) and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will work closely with authorities to resolve clearance issues efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process all customs/permit documentations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate haulage and transportation requirements, ensuring vendors adhere to GAC instructions and schedules.
  • Oversee operational runners to ensure efficient, effective, and economical job execution.
  • Update daily KPI Job Record and escalate operational issues to line manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with exposure to the government sector.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia government procedures and regulations, including import, export & customs procedures and permit applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advantageous knowledge of MITI's Permit applications.
