Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks, to minimize potential losses and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring robust internal controls and fraud prevention measures are in place.
  • Monitor and report on financial risks, providing recommendations for risk reduction and mitigation.

Stakeholder Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, providing timely and accurate financial information and insights.
  • Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to shareholders and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Represent the company in financial and business negotiations, leveraging financial expertise to drive business growth and expansion.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Collaborate with other senior executives and the board of directors to shape the company's strategic direction, providing financial expertise and insights to inform business decisions.

Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

  • Lead or participate in strategic projects, such as acquisitions, divestitures, and capital investments, providing financial expertise and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Drive financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing financial risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector in a publicly listed company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
