  • Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to shareholders and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Represent the company in financial and business negotiations, leveraging financial expertise to drive business growth and expansion.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and ensuring effective financial management and control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector in a publicly listed company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
