Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Prioritization Strategy: Develop and execute a digital prioritization strategy that identifies opportunities for growth and improvement, and prioritizes initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the digital transformation strategy, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions that address roadblocks and challenges related to digital transformation.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, and implement best practices to enhance digital operations.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to gain support for the digital transformation strategy, and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Communication & Training: Create effective communication plans to promote understanding and support for digital initiatives, and develop training programs to enable the adoption of the digital transformation framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives, managing large-scale projects, and change management within the financial services industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, digital trends, and their impact on business operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects, driving process optimization, and delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience to navigate through complex challenges and dynamic digital landscapes.
