About the Role

This Senior Financial Analyst position plays a vital role in driving our company's success by providing expert financial insights and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including fixed assets and lease accounting, as well as capital project accounting.

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide timely and insightful financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and compliance, preferably in a shared service or business process outsourcing environment.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
