Job Title: Senior Security Engineer L2

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing systems, providing 24x7 support, and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing system and ensure all tickets are up-to-date with the latest information/updates.
  • Provide 24x7 support by managing external customers' enquiries, requests or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Handle customers' calls/escalation, perform 2nd level troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Take ownership of issues and work with Engineering/Principle towards resolution.
  • Monitor, track and communicate status of support requests.
  • Perform products preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain products firmware, signature and patches up to date.
  • Vendor/Principle coordination and management.
  • Create & Maintain technical documentations.
  • Report possible threats or software issues.
  • Install, program and commission devices, security equipment, and software.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Conducting vulnerability scans and assessments.
  • Analyzing vulnerability data and prioritizing remediation efforts.
  • Developing and implementing remediation plans.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure timely vulnerability remediation.
  • Configure new scan policies and template.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have experience/technical certification in Tenable, 3-6 years of experience in security engineering and operations support, analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience, and experience working autonomously and prioritizing work with minimal input.
