Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational support and address critical issues as the main point of contact.
  • Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages is a key aspect of this position.
  • This role also involves reviewing consolidation workings and drafting disclosure wordings for IFRS/US GAAP.
  • Reading and understanding Fund documents, explaining key terms, overseeing client cash management/payment responsibilities, authorizing client entities payments, onboarding new clients, coordinating bank account opening, handling staff issues, ensuring staff motivation, assessing/planning work volume/timelines, assigning work flows, conducting staff evaluations, providing training, and undertaking general administration projects are all part of this role.
Requirements to Succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in the private equity/real estate or fund industry is preferred.
  • Degree in accountancy or finance is required.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of EXCEL and MS Word is necessary.
  • Effective client-handling skills, strong prioritizing and organizational skills, analytical, meticulous, and systematic approach to work, ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task, independent, resourceful, and self-motivated are all crucial for this role.
