Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to assess the layout, dimensions, and existing conditions of the property.
  • Create detailed designs and plans that take into account spatial constraints and architectural features.
  • Develop mood boards and colour palettes to convey the desired aesthetic to clients.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and visual representations to communicate design ideas.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in interior design or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in interior designing.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction principles.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and costing.
