Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing daily operational support for global IT Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Provide daily operational support for global IT Finance applications, ensuring seamless execution of financial activities.
  • Incident Management: Manage incident and service order tickets by receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, and tracking them using the Infineon ticketing platform.
  • Problem Management: Conduct problem management to identify problem trends, perform root cause analysis, and carry out basic code analysis to support Infineon's findings with data; implement corrective actions, and communicate effectively with internal and global team members and business users.
  • Functional Consulting: Provide functional consulting to finance business users, driving innovative ideas and process improvements.
  • Support and Collaboration: Support periodic finance activities (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly activities) and ensure the smooth execution of these activities for the supported IT Finance applications.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge in ITIL operational model.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT, preferably with Finance application experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in PL/SQL programming to perform various operation tasks such as periodic activities, root cause analysis, consultation, etc.
  • Soft Skills: Proven working experience in troubleshooting and solving problems, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with teams from multiple departments to ensure the orderly execution of proposed solutions/tasks.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to interact with business owners, developers, and Finance team.

What We Offer

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
