About This Role:

  • Assist with day-to-day claims management from various lines of business.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Manage Co/RI claims submitted by different intermediaries.
  • Collaborate with LOB managers to implement and maintain claims management strategies.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer complaints.
  • Support process improvement through negotiation and dispute resolution.

About You:

  • You have relevant experience in General Insurance claims handling.
  • You are skilled in managing complex and/or high-value claims.
  • You hold a tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
