Corporate Fund Services Specialist

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Corporate Fund Services Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client service, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- To take ownership of the administration and accounting needs of multiple high net worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activities.
- To collaborate with managers to maintain an efficient and organised approach to tasks and client requests.
- To handle incoming correspondence in a timely manner, escalating any concerns or issues to supervisors as necessary.
- To ensure compliance with Ocorian's policies and procedures at all times, managing risk exposure and escalating any uncertainties or issues promptly.
- To develop strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing detailed attendance notes and meeting minutes as required.
As a successful candidate, you'll possess:
- Educated to A level or degree standard.
- Ideal candidates will have completed or be willing to complete a professional/relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Trust and Company administration or a financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
