We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Malaysianbar. As a key member of our Property Law department, you will be responsible for managing files, liaising with developers, and advising them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project SPA and Loan:
    • Manage files and monitor status
    • Liaise with developers and advise on project progress
    • Attend signings and ensure timely completion
    • Keep track of clerk's daily work in progress
  2. Sub-sale SPA and Loan:
    • Review booking forms and conduct preliminary due diligence
    • Draft SPAs and finalise terms and conditions
    • Monitor timeline for redemption and completion
    • Assist with completion and VP processes

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Law or CLP
