Job Summary

As a Senior Geologist at AtkinsRéalis, you will be responsible for providing expert geological and geomorphological interpretation from aerial photograph analysis and field mapping. You will also conduct numerical analysis of soil and rock slopes, plan and supervise site investigations, and develop ground models and technical reports.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geologist to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Earth Sciences, preferably with a Bachelor or Master's degree, and a Chartered Geologist qualification. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is required, including geohazard assessments in Hong Kong. You will work independently, meet project deadlines, and be responsible for developing high-quality reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct geological and geomorphological interpretation from aerial photographs and field mapping.
  • Analyze soil and rock slopes using numerical methods.
  • Plan and supervise site investigations, including in situ and laboratory testing.
  • Develop ground models and write technical reports.
