- Mentorship: Provide critical feedback and support to students throughout their training journey, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Mark and assess student work, offering constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with relevant industry experience as an instructor or trainer. Additional skills badges or certifications in Cloud and AI are desirable.
A minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs to university students.
