Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Affairs & QA/QC Specialist to manage product registration and compliance for our animal feed additives plant in Malaysia and across the APAC region.

This role will ensure that our products meet all local and regional regulatory requirements while overseeing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to maintain the highest product standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register products with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) in Malaysia.
  • Maintain strong relationships with DVS to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with distributors in APAC to facilitate product registrations in their respective countries.
  • Ensure all products comply with local regulations and feed additive classification rules in each market.
  • Oversee certifications for both the plant and the products (e.g., GMP+, FAMI-QS).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs and QA/QC within the animal feed, pharmaceutical, or food industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DVS regulations and international feed additive registration requirements.
  • Experience with QA/QC standards, laboratory setup, and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP+, FAMI-QS, and other industry certifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with regulators, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is an advantage.
