The Engineering Support Professional will provide critical support to our engineering teams at TF-AMD Penang's Batu Kawan Factory. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing assistance with equipment programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Programming and Troubleshooting: Assist engineers with equipment programming and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repair equipment as needed to prevent downtime.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Team: Work closely with engineers to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.

You will be required to have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, as well as experience working with production equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with equipment operation and basic maintenance skills.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to learn and provide feedback.
