This is an exciting opportunity to join Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) as a Policy Processing Specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to perform manual calculations for endorsements, ensure accuracy in premiums, and maintain submissions in the document management system.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry handling Personal Accident policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual calculations for endorsements and ensure accuracy in premiums.
- Maintain and organize submissions into the document management system.
- Liaise with Marketing/Branch for any discrepancies and/or incomplete documents.
- Support manager in team performance analysis and continuously improve operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and system enhancement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry handling Personal Accident policies.
- Computer skills, i.e., Word and Excel.
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
