Job Description:
- Assess the quantum of claims.
- Conduct negotiations on claims settlement.
- Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
- Review policy liability.
- Handle claims queries from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches, and claims hubs.
- Obtain necessary claims documents from insured, solicitors, underwriters, agents, brokers, etc.
- Evaluate claims based on supporting documents/reports, i.e., medical, police, survey, sketch plan.
- Present settlement offers to workshops, third parties, and insured individuals.
- Investigate complaints and mediate resolutions.
