Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Executive, HR in several key areas, including:

  • Recruitment: Find suitable candidates, interview, and document new hires efficiently.
  • New Joiners: Ensure smooth onboarding processes, update personnel files accurately, and complete HR tasks in a timely manner.
  • Uniforms: Identify and negotiate with vendors, arrange deliveries, and distribute uniforms promptly.
  • Learning and Growth: Support training initiatives, facilitate HRDC applications, and help with tasks when the Senior Executive, HR is absent.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should hold a Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Desirable: Relevant training or courses in HR and Administration.
  • Mandatory: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and Office Admin.
  • Fundamental: Excellent English and Malay language skills.
