Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of multiple software development projects within a complex business environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Agile project management principles and overseeing multi-function teams consisting of Software Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define project scope clearly and comprehensively.
  2. Organize and conduct requirements gathering from various stakeholder groups.
  3. Manage and track on-going project schedule while focusing on product delivery priorities.
  4. Manage project risk and plan for mitigation actions.
  5. Single point of escalation for project team members for resolutions.
  6. Manage change requests or any deviation from the plan.
  7. Manage stakeholder communications by facilitating meetings, providing project status updates, and distributing progress reports.
  8. Conduct team retrospective and document learnings and improvements plans for future reference.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with complex requirements and deliverables.
  • Proactive with ability to act fast handling issues during sprints and daily stand-ups.
