Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our Company Secretaries in preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining accurate corporate records, and scheduling and coordinating board and shareholder meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with relevant authorities
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and registers
  • Schedule and coordinate board and shareholder meetings
  • Take detailed minutes of meetings and follow up on action items
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretaries as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Liaise with clients, authorities and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a company secretarial or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
