About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Risk Officer to join our risk management team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, and will be able to support the development and implementation of our risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of risk management practices within the organization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular risk management reports and analyses to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Related Field. Professional qualifications of a recognized accounting body is an added advantage.
  • Risk Management Experience: Familiarity with risk management practices and frameworks, with experience in conducting risk assessments or audits preferred.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders and conduct training.
