**About the Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team at Mark's Food Solutions Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks including submission of e-invoices, updating customer aging payment e-invoicing system, and sending out Statements of Accounts.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Process e-invoices on a daily basis and ensure timely submission to MyTax portal
  • Monitor customer payments and update the e-invoicing system accordingly
  • Send Statements of Accounts to customers on a regular basis
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in invoices or e-invoices
  • Assist in preparing sales invoices and updating records in QNE system
  • Receive and process purchase orders from customers
  • Communicate with production and warehouse personnel on customer orders
  • Liaise with customers regarding sales orders and delivery times
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for sales invoices, receipts, and non-trade invoices

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
  • Possession of a professional certificate, diploma, or advanced/graduate diploma in Accounting
  • Knowledge of QNE software is an added advantage
  • Able to multitask and communicate effectively between departments
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
