Job Overview
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all service activities are performed in a professional, efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner to the complete satisfaction of the client.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as dedicated operational focal point for clients within area of responsibility.
- Support the recruitment of operational and support personnel and mentor, motivate, train, and develop staff.
- Monitor performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified.
- Ensure high-quality service is offered to clients on all occasions.
- Maintain close liaison at all times with Clients and their representatives.
- Ensure best practices associated with industry technical standards are maintained.
- Participate in improving the quality and HSE management system.
- Support pre and post job briefings to ensure best practices are known and followed.
- Identify and exploit opportunities for business improvement.
- Prioritize department workload and work with department manager to maximize profits.
- Monitor and audit operational, engineering, and workshop activities to ensure best practices are followed.
- Work in accordance with processes and procedures provided.
