  2. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies.
  3. Design and implement critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring programs to prevent downtime.
  4. Oversee the development of standard operating procedures and work instructions for maintenance tasks.
  5. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design new installations and facility changes.
  7. Implement SAP PM and SAP Maintenance systems to streamline maintenance activities.
  8. Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to improve part design, fabrication, and installation processes.
  9. Develop and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic).
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance engineering or similar roles.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Understanding and passion for continuous improvement methodologies.
  5. Able to interact and lead diverse groups, including managers, technicians, operators, and subject matter experts.
