As Country Sales Head, you will lead a team of sales professionals in driving growth and success in the Malaysian market. You will develop and execute a national sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in sales management and business development.

Sales Strategy and Development

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, explore new territories, and cultivate new retail sales channels and distribution opportunities.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and plans in collaboration with other departments.

Sales Execution and Optimization

  • Maximize sales ROI by utilizing all available information and resources effectively, increasing average basket size and overall transactions.
  • Implement profit protection measures, minimizing losses and maximizing store profitability.
  • Manage the national sales budget, including expenses related to sales activities, travel, and personnel, generating and presenting sales reports and analyses to the management team.

Customer Excellence & Relationship Management

  • Provide a welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable service on the sales floor, ensuring high standards of customer service across stores and trades.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, addressing and responding to customer complaints and comments promptly.

Your ideal profile:

  • More than 5 years of experience in sales management in Direct-to-Consumer retail industry, preferably women's fashion/apparel/sporting goods/lifestyle consumer goods.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Need to have experience in managing sales growth for 20+ stores across Malaysia region.
