Job Description

The Fleet Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. The successful candidate will assist in planning the driver route, support the Station Head in maintaining the station's daily routine tasks, and comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in planning the driver route to optimize delivery efficiency.
  2. Support the Station Head in receiving and returning shipments, sorting, and van inbound operations.
  3. Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Requirements
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive change through the continual improvement process.
