About the Role

At MSA, The Safety Company, we are committed to helping protect people and assets around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Leader to join our team in Asia Pacific (APAC) as part of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) segment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the APAC region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and enhance our brand presence in the PPE market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC PPE marketing organization to implement our corporate strategy and advance our core business.
  • Achieve revenue and gross margin targets and market share growth goals for our core products.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for our EMEA regions in alignment with our corporate strategy.
  • Lead marketing activities targeted at key customer segments, focusing on growth strategies and initiatives, demand generation programs, share gain programs, regional product portfolio management, product positioning strategies, input into NPD process, timely and effective product launches, and pricing positioning.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Solid background in leading marketing functions, including product management, pricing, demand creation, branding.
  • Ability to work well across different countries and functions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, marketing operations, CRM, especially Salesforce.com, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with experience in leading leaders.
  • An innovation mindset and planning and organizational skills.
