Establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.

We are looking for an Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to manage the maintenance and repair of production equipment. The successful candidate will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop improvements to enhance efficiency and lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure maximum uptime of production equipment.
  2. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
  3. Support the procurement and installation of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance or engineering.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with China's team members.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues quickly.
  5. Willingness to undergo 3 months of training in China.
