About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled individual with experience in operating complex machinery. As a Senior Process Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and operation of sputtering equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Main Accountabilities
  • Operate sputtering equipment to achieve high-quality results
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize processes and improve productivity
  • Analyze data from experiments to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics/Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment with machine operation, data collection & analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of sputtering equipment and magnetic materials used in HDDs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
