Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Menicon Malaysia. This role is responsible for overseeing and implementing day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to manage general administration tasks, including office maintenance, stationery, and company uniform. They will also handle diverse forms of communication, such as emails, letters, parcels, and phone calls.

In addition, the Administrative Operations Specialist will supervise cleaning staff to uphold the highest standards of office cleanliness, contribute to company employee engagement, events, and welfare initiatives, and develop and enhance administrative policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
