We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at TecAlliance. As a Data Analyst Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer-specific data processing and quality in accordance with our data standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operate customer-specific data processing into TecDoc data standards
  • Analyze customer requirements and offer tailored services in collaboration with the sales team
  • Implement customer data into TecDoc data standard (DIFM-Service) using ETL-Tools, SQL, and TecDoc maintenance tools
  • Create customer-specific analysis, product reports, and diagrams
  • Optimize data quality and production processes
  • Provide 3rd-level support for data-specific customer requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development and/or data analysis environments
  • Confident handling of complex database queries and good knowledge of SQL and ETL Tools
  • Experience in professional, technical, and data-driven consulting and product implementation
  • Good knowledge of customer-specific product management tasks in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket). Ideally, experience with TecDoc Data Standard.
  • Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
