We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Quality Specialist to join our team in the area of Customer Quality Service. As a key member of our global production sites, you will be responsible for processing customer complaints end-to-end for products and customers in the automotive industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to resolve customer complaints.
- Work closely with colleagues across different production sites to drive improvement projects based on customer return data.
- Evaluate and analyze customer returns with various causes, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Apply the 8D method to ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microsystems Technology or a comparable field is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality or Complaint Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of the 8D method and problem-solving tools, such as 5-Why and Failure Tree Analysis.
- Excellent communication and mediation skills, with intercultural competence to manage stakeholders globally.
- The ability to balance quality, costs, and time in the interest of Infineon.
- Fluent English language skills.
