Job Description

As a Collections Supervisor at GXBank, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Collections operations and call strategies for Malaysia/Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.

You will be responsible for managing the active delinquent portfolio, monitoring and controlling delinquency, minimising credit losses, and improving resolution rates. You will also review and improve Collections strategies and processes to ensure overall efficiency.

You will work closely with the management team to provide regular inputs on delinquency trends, early warning signals, and flow rate velocity and recovery indicators. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive training plans and conduct trainings for new officers.

You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, monitoring their productivities, and reviewing their performances. You will conduct appraisals and coaching to continuously improve the standard of their performances.
