About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Lead to join our team. As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, strategy, and query responding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and database management.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and campaign KPIs, delivering regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and CRM.
  • Strong interest in IT, gadgets, hardware, components, and/or desktop solutions.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, positive, and agile attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement, and keen attention to details.
