Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define Project Scope and Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  2. Manage Resources: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
  3. Apply Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to oversee engineering design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operations, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  4. Monitor Budgets and Costs: Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  5. Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks related to technical aspects, scheduling, budget, and safety.
  6. Communicate Effectively: Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  7. Ensure Quality Standards: Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
  8. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing progress reports, documentation of project milestones, and other required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, staying informed about industry regulations and best practices.
  10. Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot technical issues and unexpected challenges, identifying solutions and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Software.
  • Ability to Work Well in a Team and lead projects effectively.
