KellyOCG, a leading provider of global talent management solutions, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Process Innovation Specialist to join their team. As a leader in the field, this role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies across APAC.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working with key stakeholders across corporate lines of business to identify requirements for recruiting and internet utilization. The successful candidate will determine the appropriate mix of job boards and other internet-related strategies to maximize effectiveness and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market size, competitor accomplishments, and industry structures to enhance KellyOCG's dominance as thought leaders.
  • Monitor, interpret, and provide innovative direction around talent and market trends.
  • Determine strategic sourcing plans through market research and analysis.

About You

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment, preferably RPO and BPO similar.
  • 2 – 3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience.
  • Experience in talent sourcing across social media and digital platforms.
