Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Planning Coordinator to join our team at ACE EdVenture Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:
  • This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • They will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution.
  2. Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure services and products.
  4. Plan and execute logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment rental.
  5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
