Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional client service and administrative support to a select group of high net worth individuals and their associated investment and philanthropic activities.

This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, managing risk exposure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the financial affairs of a number of high net worth individuals.
  • Maintain an organised approach to addressing tasks and ad hoc client requests.
  • Deal with incoming correspondence in a timely manner, referring complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Manage risk exposure by adhering to Ocorian's policies and procedures.
  • Be aware of the need for professional advice and have an understanding of local regulatory matters.
Requirements:
  • Educated to A level or degree standard.
  • Ideal candidates will have already completed or be willing to complete a relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and company administration or a financial services environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • A solution-driven attitude to problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
