About the Role

Campbell Malaysia is the regional hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this organization leads the strategy and direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.

The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience in key account planning from FMCG, with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills. Ability to build strong business relationships with key retailers is essential, as well as communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local Chinese dialects.

This role involves managing key accounts, achieving KPIs, and ensuring operation executes according to account plans. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers is crucial, and daily sales operations matters and promo planning will be handled.

  • Manage key accounts including TF Value, JayaGrocer, VillageGrocer, Hero, and 7Eleven
  • Responsible for achieving KPIs according to organizational direction
  • Ensure operations execute according to account plans
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Share expectations with the operations team on promotion activation
  • Explore and propose potential outlets for activation or fairs
  • Handle daily sales operations matters and promo planning
  • Monitor trade spend and minimize trade returns
  • Conduct weekly meet-ups with buyers to build close relationships
  • Conduct yearly business reviews with retailers to align business direction
