Moulding Technician

Location: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate plastic injection moulding machines to meet production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulding machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the moulding process to ensure product quality and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficiency and resolve technical issues that may arise.
• Conduct quality checks on moulded parts and ensure adherence to product specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience working with plastic injection moulding machines.
• Strong understanding of mould setup, processing parameters, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving machine performance.
