Project Administrator Assistant

As a Construction Project Administrator, you will prepare daily reports, multitask, and work independently. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily reports to ensure timely updates.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently to achieve project goals.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open communication with the team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in using computer software, including MS Excel & MS Word.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with Project Managers and Engineers.
- Strategic time management to deliver accurate and complete work within specified timelines.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication to create detailed documentation and reports.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions.
- Native-level proficiency in English or Malay.
