Job Responsibilities- Elicit detailed business requirements from various impacted teams and translate them into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

- Maintain a repository of features inventory and data maps for the domain space.

- Determine L0 sizing and T-shirt sizing by connecting needs, requirements with solution options and dependency factors.

- Become a subject matter expert in specializing domains and cultivate wider insights and hands-on delivery capabilities for others.
- Prepare FSD and ensure documentation meets required bank standards.
- Provide insights to the UTT team regarding feature priority and criticality for testing, review test strategy and scripts.
- Support function validation during UAT phases to ensure exit criteria are met correctly.
- Engage in innovative problem-solving activities requiring conceptual thinking, creating 'out of the box' solutions with prototypes and pilots.
- Foster an environment of technology excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams, focusing on fostering positive working relationships.
- Ensure responsible deliverables through thoroughness, accuracy, and reliability.
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 7 years of technology experience with 4 years as a System Analyst in the cards application domain on a mainframe platform.
- Good technical knowledge of mainframe processors like CardLink/CardPac/Visionplus and understanding of the Cards ecosystem & trends.
- Strong functional knowledge of cards to design efficient solutions meeting business requirements.
- Experience with large-scale cards migration on Cardlink will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in project managing a team of developers and vendors ensuring timely system enhancement delivery.
- Good working skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of the system development life cycle.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Extensive experience in cards conversion/migration from Vision+ to Cardlink platform.
- Strong understanding of core cards functionality (interest, fees, loans, balance transfers).
