Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification in insurance or a degree in any discipline.
  • Possess some years of experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Prove a track record of delivering on profitability and sales targets.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently to achieve or exceed assigned KPIs.
