Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze actual performance, forecasts, and budget. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
  2. Collaborate with IT and client-fronting teams to enhance the functionality and reporting capabilities of CRM system.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy within CRM and other systems related to FP&A.
  4. Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring our financial insights drive strategic decisions.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a financial analyst, controller or other Finance-related roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
