This role involves providing key financial, transactional and administrative services to ensure accurate delivery of accounts receivable activities across the organization. You will be responsible for resolving service requests and other customer inquiries, preparing analysis and reports for decision-making, and supporting internal and external audit requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, receipts and cash applications in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurate research and submission of invoice, credit and refund requests.
- Effective resolution of AR inquiries and service requests from customers and business owners, including items in team inboxes.
- Processing credit and debit memos and refunds coming through workflows.
- Resolving aged invoices and collecting payments from customers and business owners.
- Month end close activities and reporting.
- Monthly reconciliations and taking appropriate action to investigate and resolve variances.
- Provision for doubtful debts for selected regions on a monthly basis.
- Analysis of overall receivables financials for reporting.
- Communication with business owners regarding transaction progress, cut-off times and eminent issues.
- Addressing receivables disputes and issues, including customer outreach, to ensure resolution and collection.
- Request processing and forwarding to appropriate teams for handling.
- Ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Goals are met.
- Supporting internal and external audit requests.
- Collaboration with multiple teams to improve processes and coordinate metrics and goals.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and providing suggestions and techniques to improve workflow, efficiency and corresponding processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
