Digital Marketing Executive Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Cultivar Staffing & Search. As a key contributor, you will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive maximum organic traffic growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a solid SEO strategy that aligns with business objectives and marketing goals
  2. Manage and enhance organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, conversions, etc
  3. Analyze and interpret campaign performance data and reports
  4. Implement modern SEO techniques consistently to maximize organic traffic growth
  5. Develop an SEO content strategy that meets business objectives and aligns with marketing goals
  6. Provide training to other team members
Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 1 - 1.5 year(s) of working experience in SEO. We welcome fresh graduates to apply as well.

  • Sufficient knowledge in SEO and Search Engine Marketing skills
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent
  • Keen to learn and KPI-driven
  • A team player who enjoys working independently
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; Thai (would be a plus)
