Role Overview

This Client Success Strategist role is responsible for ensuring that our client's business objectives are aligned with our service offerings. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our services and be able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of our service offerings with the client's business objectives.
  4. Monitor and report on client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work in large groups and for large accounts to lead large teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
